The 1^st week in August is National Homeless Persons Week.  This year the theme is ‘My Address: Diversity in Homelessness’.  PPCG, with other members of the Inner South Rooming House Network, will raise public awareness to the less familiar images of homelessness prevalent in our community.    A shocking proportion of unaccompanied minors, woman escaping domestic violence, families, and increasingly older people, have no other choice but to ‘couch surf’, sleep in cars, caravans, crash at rooming houses or squats.   For more information, please contact Tullia at our St Kilda office.
