Partnering with RMIT, specialists in the fields of research in adult education as well as Elwood & St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre, PPCG are leading a project which will demonstrate that a uniquely resourced & contextualised learning process can successfully attract and retain highly disadvantaged people; rendering them more ‘learning ready’ (i.e. strong perseverance skills)  for active engagement with training & employment pathways.
